The Lifting Foundations Series continues - RISE is partnering with Industrious South Lake Union to amplify your lifting game. After learning proper form and warm-up techniques, it's time to dive deeper into what powers safe, effective lifting: your core and pelvic floor.

Learn from the Doctors of Physical Therapy at RISE who lift! From beginner to seasoned lifter, you will learn how to lift safely, dial in form, understand how to use your core to avoid injury, and how to take care of your body in recovery.

Part 2: The Core & Pelvic Floor for Lifters - Friday, March 20th | 6:30-7:20pm

Dr. Stephanie will guide you in how to better activate your core and pelvic floor to lift heavier and avoid injury.
