LAC Teacher Training is an immersive weekend for Dance and Movement leaders ready for something real.
We blend self-exploration with applied science, musicality with hands-on creativity, and a communication style that's inclusive, powerful, and genuinely fun.

ANATOMY & KINESIOLOGY WITH DR. STEPHANIE IRIWN
Dr. Stephanie Irwin, Doctor of Physical Therapy and founder of RISE Performance & Health, is joining the LAC faculty as a guest presenter.
She will lead two Anatomy and Kinesiology sessions across the weekend, bringing her expertise in dance biomechanics and movement analysis to this immersive teacher training.
SESSION DETAILS
Saturday, March 28 | 1:45 PM - 3:15 PM
A deep dive of the dancer's body, how we create movement with which muscles, and how to cue yourself and your students. This is an interactive session to analyze biomechanics of posture and frame across dance forms.
Sunday, March 29 | 3:10 PM - 4:35 PM
Advanced application of biomechanics in partner dance building on frame and applying to head and body movement. Explore how to instruct, feel, and analyze dance fundamentals.
