Initial Evaluation & Single Sessions: $289
6 sessions: $239 per session (1 monthly payment of $1,434) *$300 discount
10 sessions: $219 per session (2 monthly payments of $1,095) *$700 discount
20 sessions: $199 per session (4 monthly payments of $995) *$1,800 discount
*Packages can be discussed after initial evaluation to determine the most appropriate treatment plan and duration.

You get to keep the reduce price of packages by continuing to work with us on your health! Includes 1 physical therapy session per month and text/email access to your PT.
RISE Above Membership: $398/mo.

*Sessions do not roll over if not used. 3 month minimum commitment. Client is charged monthly until cancelled by them.

YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL COST OF SESSION. These cannot be paid for through previously purchased Package sessions, they are a separate charge. Late patients will not receive discounts, We understand life happens. We waive fees on a case-by-case basis only.

Virtual Care
We offer telehealth virtual physical therapy sessions for individuals who are unable to receive care in person at the clinic.

RISE Performance & Health is an out-of-network provider meaning we do not directly bill insurance. However, many of our clients do get reimbursed by their insurance. This allows transparency of cost for each visit without hidden fees or co-pays and freedom to provide the most effective treatments that get our patients better faster without insurance denying payment. This also means we can provide you higher level care that is personalized to your goals. Many insurance companies deny hands-on manual therapy and any holistic services for in-network clinics, but they DO cover those services out-of-network. We know from research that integrating manual hands-on treatment, stress management, sleep hygiene, and pain education all with strength training gets people better faster! You get the highest level of care without insurance restrictions, AND the potential to still get reimbursed.

If you are seeking care under an auto claim, RISE can bill your auto insurance directly or superbills can also be supplied for reimbursement by your auto insurance.

RISE accepts WA state L&I claims. You must have an open and verified claim number prior to your first session.
