Introducing the Lifting Foundations Series! RISE is partnering with Industrious South Lake Union to amplify your lifting game. Learn from the Doctors of Physical Therapy at RISE who lift! From beginner to seasoned lifter, you will learn how to lift safely, dial in form, understand how to use your core to avoid injury, and how to take care of your body in recovery.

Part 1: Lifting Foundations & How to Warm Up Properly  - Friday, February 20th | 6:30-7:20pm

Whether you're new to lifting or already training regularly, this class is for you. CrossFitter and Physical Therapist Dr. Roy Parsons breaks down the fundamentals of primary lifts to build your confidence as a beginner or refine your technique to maximize your results as an experienced lifter.
