You Deserve More Than 'Just Do Kegels'
-
Generic, Rushed Treatment
You're seen for 20 minutes, handed exercises that don't match your body or goals, and passed off to an aide. No one looks at the full picture.
-
Symptoms That Linger
Leaking, core weakness, pelvic pain, or a visible ab separation — months postpartum and still no real answers or a clear path forward.
-
Fear of Getting Back to What You Love
Running, lifting, dancing, or just keeping up with your kids — you've been told to wait, rest, or slow down, but no one has built you a real plan to return.
Seattle Postpartum PT That Treats the Whole You
At RISE, every session is 60 minutes of undivided, one-on-one time with a board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy — never a PT aide or assistant. We find the root cause of what's happening in your body, build a fully individualized plan, and update it every single visit. From pelvic floor rehab and diastasis recti recovery to returning to running and strength training, we meet you exactly where you are and take you further than you imagined.

Root-cause diagnosis combining pelvic floor assessment, manual therapy, breathwork, and progressive strength training
No referral needed — start with a free 15-minute discovery call and a transparent, personalized plan

"I cannot recommend Dr. Roy Parsons at RISE highly enough. I've had the privilege of working with Roy directly through multiple injuries. Roy is the kind of physical therapist who is genuinely invested in finding the root causes of what may be holding you back, rather than simply handing you a generic set of exercises and sending you on your way."
-
"I can’t say enough positive things about Stephanie and HIGHLY recommend her. I found her through the Luna app last year and we did in home post partum PT for my pelvic floor and core. She not only helped me bring my diastasis recti separation in from a 3 finger width to a normal range, but also taught me about how my back, glutes, core, hips, jaw and pelvic floor all relate."
-
"The doctors at Rise Performance & Health are incredible! I've worked with them to identify the root cause of pain I had running, conduct appropriate rehab, and come out the other side pain free and stronger than before. I highly recommend working with them for a holistic approach to the body and exercise!"
