Dancers at the upcoming Queerchata Seattle Weekender, this one is for you.

Join Doctor of Physical Therapy and dancer, Dr. Stephanie from RISE Performance & Health on Sunday for a 55 minute Stretch & Recovery workshop.

Learn specific movements that will help you as a dancer experience less soreness, improve your control on the dance floor, and prevent injury in our ankles, back, hips, shoulders, and neck.

After three days of movement and learning, your body will thank you for it.
