After you finish your run, we'll guide you through targeted stretches and cooldown techniques designed specifically for runners. About CSRD Monday Night Miles: CSRD hosts community group runs twice monthly. The run starts at 6:30 PM, and RISE will be there post-run to help you cool down properly and take care of your body.
