Join NWFP and RISE Performance & Health for a free running workshop after the Saturday community run! Physical therapists from RISE will lead us through drills to improve endurance, speed, strength, and mobility targeted at increasing your mileage without injury! 

This is NWFP’s last community run of the season, led by Executive Trainer Steven Pust!

After the run, join the workshop:
